To be honest, what's with all the expectations of laptop speakers guys?? Even laptop with subwoofers I don't feel that it's all that great anyways seriously...

I am not into these audio stuff, but i found this B&O speaker is somehow performed better than my expectation. can be considered better than average rclxms.gif

The speakers are better than what u find in normal ones no doubt but it isnt mind blowing as well. I never expected much from laptop speakers anyway but maybe its my higher expectation for audio devices. It performs well depending on songs. It dosent do well on heavy fast paced songs but its ok with slow songs with less backgrounds. Bass isnt quite there though and often sounds grainy with distortion. I'd still use headphones though.

yeah agree, its much better than i have expected in most normal laptop speaker. of course might cannot compete with some higher end models but still its very good and decent enough imo. to all n53sn owners, there are 3 way to play with the sound quality, asus sonic master(surround, bass, treble), realtek hd audio (sound effect, default format) and windows media equalizer. after playing with it awhile im enjoying my trance music twice the satisfaction but of course cannot compete with my desktop altec lensing vs4121 rclxm9.gif

For those N53SN Owners, mind to do benchmark and share? Not many info about benchmarking on the net.

u cant really expect much from laptop speakers.. eventhough they're externally built but still they have their limits. the best speakers are always external speakers. im using dr dre ibeats earphones and the bass and treble is awesome.
