I had the original Kia Carnival year 2002 fully CBU and cost over RM 170k. After 6 years, got only RM 30k after trade in with Honda for Accord 2.0 5-speed auto.

This MPV has lousy FC, RM 120 gets u 400km max. Very slow when going up to Genting Highlands as engine always above 4000rpm.

If weekend car, not too bad. Comfortable and nice to drive.

Road tax also expensive, over RM 700+ and spare parts is expensive.

Naza Ria uses an old engine and gearbox (from a 1999 Kia Carnival) which can be problematic later. Only the original Kia Carnival (2002 only) used a newer engine and gearbox. Get the original if possible.

you mean you lost RM170k - 30k = RM140k ????

Yeah... that's why I will never ever buy a Korean again!

New Sonata YF is tempting though... but no, must resist the dark side! cry.gif
