QUOTE(MyKy44 @ May 9 2011, 04:12 PM) i'm ok la as long as the replaced set got no issues i've faced a few digi personnels who're not friendly neither. but just deal with it cos i'm just enquiring. the ones i've to pass the unit back for replacement is quite nice at DiGi centre beach street penang so u had claimed the warranty and received a replacement set?

QUOTE(s.n.a.g @ May 9 2011, 09:28 PM) unless your phone is less than 1 month old, making a big huha might get you a brand new set on the spot. i've been to the Maxis Center in Pavilion. the fella said they will send the phone back to their team to check which will take 10-15 days time. if they can't fix it they will replace you with another unit. i've tried asking if the 'another' unit is a brand new set or refurbish set, the so unfriendly fella said "we have this one on one replacement policy for iphone" although the problem is annoying me, i still haven't send my phone back for warranty. i can't imagine separating with my phone for almost 2 weeks time! 2 weeks thats a long time.. mine just bought 1 week ago from maxis at gardens.. thinking to go to their maxis tower for replacement... hoping to get a replacement on the spot....

QUOTE(kmhork87 @ May 10 2011, 05:55 PM) 2 weeks ago, i went to replace my maxis iphone due to the home button..they have a policy whereby they replace the whole unit and not fix the home button only.. only maxis centre at klcc and ttdi have the service, other centre will have to send it back to either of that 2 centre to get the replacement. so if u dont want to be seperated frm ur phone for more than 2 weeks, go there cos only being phone-less for 30mins max.. they will give u a new unit and a new service card with the phone.. thinking to go to maxis tower near klcc as well to claim warranty.. thanx for the info

QUOTE So I am having the same issue with my iPhone 4. Running OS 4.3.2. The home button quits working intermittently. I just tried running the camera in the background and that seems to be making the button work again.. found it here : http://www.tipb.com/2011/01/04/tipb-bug-ho...working-iphone/i've tried it for few days already and so far so good...
