There are already minimum level of education requirements to apply for the lottery, the least of it being a high school diploma holder. Of course, if you're tertiary educated in a specialized field, your chances may be higher, but you mustn't forget that you're not the only one in the pile of thousands of people.

I realize that this thread is nowhere close to its post limit, but I feel that the first post is a bit cluttered, and this thread isn't used nearly as much as it should be.
Would a new thread help?
