Assuming you have a 28-days cycle, fertile period is usually between 12-14th day. So you are not fertile on day 23. Go google for signs of ovulation, it'll be good knowledge for you to be aware of your own body.

11/2 - Today. Only 4 days have passed. Give you body some time to adjust to the newly introduced hormones will ya? Your hormones may be disrupted for up to 3 months. Different people react to the pill differently. I highly doubt consuming ECP and her chest issues are related.

1 & 3. Don't think it's necessary to tell the doctor that she has taken ECP. Unless the doctor ask. Even if he did, there is nothing illegal/wrong about taking ECP.

2. Could be something she had since she was born or something else wrong with her body. You also know how to say she has had these issues before she took ECP. Why she never check on it before?

I've not heard of hormone imbalance and chest pain. Maybe there is maybe there is not. Best way is to check with a doctor directly.

Going to a doctor doesn't mean exposing everything to the family. You guys are old enough, the family doesn't have to know if she goes to consult a doctor. Conservative or not, I don't think frequent chest pain is normal or can be taken lightly. Bring her to consult a doctor immediately.

10 Jan until now. That's quite a long time already. She missed 2 periods already. Pills will definitely not work now. It only works within the first 3-5 days after intercourse.

There is two methods for you now, surgical or medical. I don't know about KL area but Subang I know got. Expect RM600 and above.

Yup, it can take up to 3 months for your hormones to stabilize again. Don't expect it to not have any effect on your body and menstrual cycle.

Any pharmacies also got what. One of them is Norcolut. Ask them how to makan.

I don't understand how she calculates her cycle. Learn how to calculate the menstrual cycle property then come back here.

Whichever brand you can get at your nearest pharmacy. Not all pharmacies carry different brands.

There are all the same. Just go to any pharmacy and ask for emergency contraceptive pills. Better still, ask the pharmacist for advice.
