Normally company that is going to be delisted, traded below 3 cents already. (even so, I view better spend those money to buy Big Sweep, better chance of winning , or use the money in Genting big/small)

it has been the trend that people like buying soon delisting counters ... i saw people making money too, but of course high risk

I m be this kind of investor before, because the KLCI's counter have so many.........so we will focus on those top active, always hope the share price up a bit then just sell it, making fast profit. Thats time I even dont know why the share got "-wa, -cb", just buy, as long as it was top active counter

Now the market is referring to "Trend" instead of "Fundamental"

I don't know how legit is this information. My friend from the banking sector says the bank SRR going to increase comes this 11-March. So be careful if you intend to buy banking stocks now.

Yes, most probably, but it is not main reason since only increase from 1% to 2% ( before crisis is 4%). It bring not much impact to regional player like maybank, PBB, and CIMB. but the regional player need to concern that other country like thai and indonesia are preparing to further increase interest rate.

My friend who work in investment firm said past few weeks many foreign money outflowing, if other country further increase interest rate, the outflowing will be more.

Anyone knows how does share split get accounted into the KLCI index?
Let's say a blue chip share price gets adjusted to 10 points lower, assuming everything else unchanged, will the index open at 10 points lower?
