I use 25/26 lbs only, 2 tie manual machine, so should be around 22-23 lbs only if using electronic machine. . .

left only uncles & 1-2 young guys. So, now Im nowhere to go, gonna be rotting slowly. maybe will join u guys curi curi training, haha.
Aiyo, im confused here. I only recall the eating was at a malay stall roadside, next to it got burger stall, around flats, wangsa maju. |
