wat r the best tension n string thickness for newbie?

Juz now went to strung my Apacs nano 900 power with Yonex BG65 RM 23!! at 28 LBS and when i play with it, it felt awesome. Nice sound and feeling. Any comments on this string?

eh, i just bought victor insole. its much nicer compared to the original insole.
will stick to the insole from now on.

since i'm a beginner... now shud buy Finapi 77 or T200?

i need to have one lor sifoo ziggy since i'm borrowing my brader racket for playing (take a day turn to use it...hahaha... i'd check my old skool racket cannot restring lor coz at the frame had hairline crack, dun dare to gamble restring)

as you mentioned above i think it's good for me though as i can slowly develop my skills, my hits and my footworks and once i master like you all then i consider buying an advance racket (from review it's says T200 meant for advance player..i didn't noticed it.. my bad though)

oh ya sifoo ziggy, if i wants to train hit the walls what is my length distance shud i stand, target height at the wall and at least how many hitters shud i do per day?

I am beginner too and I think T200 have a lot to give you. Just try all and get what you feel right for you. I fell in love at the sigh tof my T200 and bought it in a heartbeat.

RM230 only with karakal grip, and yonex string,    can choose bg66 or bg6   
ps*i dun need new racket but its a must try racket and the price is
