I tried RCL platinum, they are rather good. Using Protech Masterpiece, most of the time they are good, bad luck if u get the bad batch.

that's what we call stencil

only 2 things are needed; the stencil design card and stencil ink
stencil design card - can buy or DIY but must make sure the measurements are correct. if not, the outcome will look weird. i have the Victor stencil card in digital copy
stencil ink - buy
