How to build, make it bigger ?

What equipment is/are needed ?


If don't want to use equipment, what kind of exercises will build it too ?

I think generally a lot of exercises will build it naturally.

A thick bar might build it more, I dunno.

Hammer curls and reverse curls, I've found, will guaruantee you won't be able to carry your gym bag home by gripping it normally. brows.gif

but tbh, since this topic refers to strengthening the forearms, you should just do grip exercises. deadlifts and pullups are compound exercises where the forearms are secondary muscles involved. that said, doing compounds are definitely better for beginners rather than isolation exercises.

weighted chest dips?

not exactly chest dips, but I like to do for example x10 push ups then straight into x10 dips. I feel a good work after that.
