and be SAFE! i think doing pull ups from fridges and roofs are just asking to hurt yourself, lol.

but tbh, since this topic refers to strengthening the forearms, you should just do grip exercises. deadlifts and pullups are compound exercises where the forearms are secondary muscles involved. that said, doing compounds are definitely better for beginners rather than isolation exercises.
