Btw in my country (Slovakia) they are selling black/grey models with fixed chipset, with bios 1.07 installed, bt included and 1gb VGA (i5model). Few days using no problem, without BSOD.

Hey guys, while I'm playing games like Mafia 2 or Dirt 3 (with high graphical settings) the temperatures of CPU and Video reaches 88-92C.

When gaming

My lap Specifications
Intel i7-2630QM with turbo boost
NVIDIA 540GM 2GB
6GB DDR3

The question - are this temperatures normal for i7 cpu and could it damage my lap?

Thanks
*
Dis is normal actually for QuadCore processr..but if mostly in high temp, ur hardware lifetime maybe reduced.. wink.gif nod.gif

Do you need the ePower? Power management built-in from Windows is quite good enough..
*
Yup , I uninstalled it when I bought this laptop biggrin.gif
