QUOTE(koochy_rat @ Mar 12 2011, 09:37 AM) Try turn off the 'auto channel selection' and choose a wifi channel manually. Works for me. The 20 hz setting didnt make a difference. Just changed the setting. Hope it works. Will keep updating on progress. Thx

I just go ccertified by TM day before yesterday to resell. Im surprised they actually trained all their resellers and certify them. Its a hassle but good thing.
Now.I have direct access to Unifi partner portal. Hence, can do an earlier installation date.
Btw, Selayang most area now covered with UniFi.

QUOTE(tashfinsheikh @ Mar 22 2011, 03:59 PM) Any idea when unifi will cover Ampang Waterfront ? Soon, very soon. Added on March 22, 2011, 4:47 pmQUOTE(doremon @ Mar 22 2011, 03:17 PM) Guys2, can someone enlighten me on this matter. Download speed and upload speed is totally different right? If someone upload the file that I download and the speed im getting is 5mb, is it we are sharing? If I disable the upload section, would the download section be faster? There is no way u can disable upload. Upload is when you are sending data and download is when you are receiving a data. This post has been edited by rattan: Mar 22 2011, 04:47 PM

After more then a week my IPTV turned off decided to watch today. To my shock I'm getting all the channels. Even premium channels like BBC lifestyle, BBC knowledge, Bloomberg, Warner tv, universal channel etc.
Why? Free for promo or just a system fault?

QUOTE(Calvin871989 @ Apr 1 2011, 03:17 PM) got a 2:30pm appointment tomorrow at home for VIP5. not sure how long it will take them to install since im now on landed property. hope everything goes well including negotiations with the contractor and i wont make them leave until i get a minimum speedtest for 5MB download & upload Usually it will take 3-4 hours. For me it took them only 45 minutes because I already prepare for the installation with my own contractor. They just pull the cabling only.

QUOTE(sg999 @ Apr 1 2011, 11:10 AM) fiber wire hanging at puhcong kinrara area. based on the coveraged area experience, once they hanging like this, normally take how long to put the unifi white box? Selayang were covered after 5 months having the white box installed. Certain area in Subang got it after 2 months. Hard to say, now its way faster as they only need to do termination as the surrounding area all covered. This post has been edited by rattan: Apr 1 2011, 05:56 PM
