Have tried but the earliest would be in May. Actually, initially I was scheduled for appointment in May as well, but the person who registered for me through phone found a slot on 4th April (today) so of course I was happy. Then again, due to her mistake, no installers will be coming today as well. doh.gif

Maybe I will try to come out with a good reason, I can't say that I need an Internet connection desperately because I already have Streamyx and there's a remark for them to cancel Streamyx upon UniFi installation. Also, you still have that e-mail that you sent? Maybe will try to use similar one and hopefully there is.

But I guess it all depends on luck also, if really there isn't any slot available also nothing can be done.

For all my modem, I usually have a stand/table fan next to it. I'll on it blowing directly at the modem during peak hours like maybe during the night.
