Ori phone = Original phone distributed officially in the country
AP phone = Original phone from another country. In terms of failure rate it is the same as any Original phone. It is a matter of luck.
Watery Phone = Do I need to explain?

My Neo is about 24-36h average with minimal entertainment (minimal youtube precisely ), manage to reach 60h max with down clock the processor and disable all other non-essential feature. Kinda pitiful using the phone in such a way.

It is in fact 1GB internal storage (hard disk?) AND 512MB RAM (memory?).

The phone is preloaded with lots of apps and therefore is left 300MB usable. Some firmware (I think is Nordic Generic) are loaded with less (bloatware) apps therefore it had more internal storage available.

with root, you can move some of the apps (partially) to SD. this is especially critical to us with comparative low disk space than other competitor. I had little to worry after upgraded the SD to 32GB.

Root: To use Administrative right on you phone. Similar to Windows Administrator user account.

Most likely AP because Malaysia still not launch ORI yet (there might be no ORI, like what is heppened to Neo)

No such issue on me with Original SE MW600 headset, cheapo china brand, Motorola, or even the Nokia one.

I haven't tried, but there are something called Exchange Active Sync in the Sync App. Looks good after I did some google.

If you are coming from the era of physical keyboard, getting a virtual keyboard will be a hard start because you can't feel the keypressed anymore. This is especially critical when you want to sms/watsapp/email without looking at the screen (note: don't try it during driving, those pro are trained ) and by moving to vKB you lost the feel and precision to type the correct character.

However once you get familiar with the touch screen (and swype) there is really nothing much to worry about. I am not personally too choosy about physical keyboard and hence I got myself a Neo. My sister, on the other hand, is very particular about it so she might want to get the Pro.

It's just a SP which covers larger surfaces than the screen. IMHO there is really not needed for other parts of the front surface beside the screen.

Looks to me like marketing gimmick. USD 11.95 is no joke. I had mine for RM15.

I know mine is HK set. Because that time only Taiwan/HK/CN had the Neo on sale. Not even SG/rest of the world.

One thing I like about the SE way is how they organize the messages. I can easily read all previous messages from the same person. No need to dig and dig and dig.

IMHO SE less active because less ppl use them. Not like Samsung.

IMHO Yes. I tried to use pouch but the feel is not good. I can't find a good leather case around. Having the plastic/rubber protection at the back is still not too bad.
