Item being /bought: Digi Campus But Send Me Normal Digi Plan Only 1 Digi Campus

Date of transaction: Bank in Cash on 31/01/2011 .. Sim Card Received on 11/02/2011..

Details of the complaint : When i received the Sim Cards via PosLaju .. then i open there was 1 Dcampus Sim Card and 3 Normal Digi Sim Cards.. then when i called him and told him .. he told that Normal Digi Changed to Campus.. then when i tried today it was normal Digi plan.. Then i called him .. he told i'll be not responsible cause i send the simcard sealed i was like ?? .. Sealed ..?? It was Normal Digi Plan of Course Sealed .. then he told i cant do anything if u want i can take back the sim cards and i wont refund or return i just can help u to advice call digi customer service and ask them .. then he told it was ur fault , he told u should COD instate on Pos Method.. i did many buys in LYN but i'm facing this Stupid Problem 1 time.. what i asked him is Refund.. i told him sms me ur Address i send back the sim cards then he told i will take back but i wont refund u anything.. thats why i decide to open a report here..

wtf, its not honest thing to do. selling 4 campus d simcard but only give 1 digi campus + 3 normal sim. RM350/4 each almost rm90. the seller should support you. i SUPPORT!!!

GO AND INFORM THE SELLER ABOUT THIS THREAD TO EXPLAIN HIMSELF TS!!!

tell him to puk off. refund or post his details here. no need to give him face. why there is no refund. promise 4 digi campus card. but only give 1 digi campus + 3 normal sim??? He thought his normal sim is vip number meh???

***btw, you should have his address. in the poslaju note there should have the address, please trace back

@Rajurahz, do u check with ur phone by *128# ?

because mine is like that, i buy a digi number, and change to digi campus at DIGI centre.
because im buying digi normal prepare for choosing number.

when i get my lovely number, i use the prepare convert to Digi campus.

If the digi sim card package no open before, u can call 016-2211800 for confirm information and call plan.

BTW, Digi campus need register with student ID number / photostat student card, Digi campus is not for sales like that onli.

Mine one is Digi prepaid campus.

And another information.

digi campus each number onli can register 1 of the student name. cannot be 1 student name register for few number

so, he really intend to cheating u raju

that's why he don't have balls to put the address

He send using Pos Laju.. some more 1 week after the payment

Thats risky bro. just in case pos laju cannot find the receiver address, they will send it back to sender, so.. u know la.
