Item being /bought: Digi Campus But Send Me Normal Digi Plan Only 1 Digi Campus

Date of transaction: Bank in Cash on 31/01/2011 .. Sim Card Received on 11/02/2011..

Details of the complaint : When i received the Sim Cards via PosLaju .. then i open there was 1 Dcampus Sim Card and 3 Normal Digi Sim Cards.. then when i called him and told him .. he told that Normal Digi Changed to Campus.. then when i tried today it was normal Digi plan.. Then i called him .. he told i'll be not responsible cause i send the simcard sealed i was like ?? .. Sealed ..?? It was Normal Digi Plan of Course Sealed .. then he told i cant do anything if u want i can take back the sim cards and i wont refund or return i just can help u to advice call digi customer service and ask them .. then he told it was ur fault , he told u should COD instate on Pos Method.. i did many buys in LYN but i'm facing this Stupid Problem 1 time.. what i asked him is Refund.. i told him sms me ur Address i send back the sim cards then he told i will take back but i wont refund u anything.. thats why i decide to open a report here..

What?? When i receive the SIM CARD i called u and said there is 2 working campus and two normal campus (Sorry guys wrongly type 1 )..

Then, u told me try again then will be ok.. thats what u told me on the phone.. so i aslo believe and pass the sim cards to customer then they said 2 working and other 2 is normal digi plan.. then i call u back .. then u told it was sealed

excuse me , it was not sealed .. if it was sealed it will be with the card holder .. ur sim card was outside the card holder and stick - ed with tape..

if i trying to scam i wont agree to return back the sim card and ask u to check !

why when i say i will return back the card then u check and make sure it is Digi Campus and send to me back .. u dont agree?? u told i can take back but i wont refund anything ..

Hello, I told u to check for me whether what Digi Center says .. i told him if i call Digi Helpline and ask for sure they will ask regarding the owner name and student ID or Address.. for their verification purpose..

and why should i change the plan?? i didn't pay RM10-20 for this sim cards.. i payed RM350 why should i waste my RM350??

Guys .. Gime me time until Night or Tmr.. I'll Post the PICS of the Normal Plans.. i'll insert the sim card to my phone and press --*128# then go to account then check plan then i'll post the pics of it.. then see what the seller says

this two number are the problem number .. when i received it was not sealed .. it was in packing but the sim card was tapped outside the card holder ..

Before i pass the number to customer i already check and called u .. u said it is Digi Campus.. not normal digi .. so i also believe.. where i know u are such a big lair ..

Noob.. i said My bro's.. should be getting 4.. 1 for my bro another one for my cousin .. and 2 more was for me .. but i already got one.. then i make mind to sell it to the customer .. my customer is bangla guys.. bangla guys want Digi Campus why they will cheat ? or try to change the plan ?? the 2 working sim are taken by my bro's.. so now left the 2 that was returned by the bangla guys.. some more if they cheated they sure will ask money back.. they didn't ask money they asked if can we want Digi Campus.. please help to refund with Digi Campus if can ..

Me , Rajurajz called Digi Helpline and asked.. then regarding the above 2 numbers

this is what they told..

1) i asked the 016 number : the Digihelpline told it is Digi Prepaid RM1 Plan..

2) i asked the 014 Number: they told its a Digi Campus Number but they told this number is already been blocked and cant be used anymore..

Now what are u going to answer on this wendy930501???

IF, u guys don't Believe just give a call to 0162211800 a.k.a Digi Helpline.. And tell then the number and the owner name they will tell u what is the Plan..

So now my question, who should take the responsibility ???

I don't request much..

1) Return my Money back for 2 Simcard.. (cause 2 working and 2 not.. )
2) or Take back the sim card and refund me with new Digi Campus.. (this step may be con when he take back i scared he wont return )
