Yesterday went to the workshop to 'visit' my car. Still no progres as they still waiting for insurance approval... Now I'm still drove a CPS, but an Exora.

QUOTE(mADmAN @ Feb 14 2011, 10:34 PM) waja was the first one to put CPS right? i guess they put in stupid mapping at first and didnt update it with better mappings when they released the newer CPS cars... For me, the important thing is torque, not hp. I prefer a flat torque curve through all rpm's but only manage to get it flat until 6k++ rpm. It makes the acceleration more 'predictable/smooth'.if engine oil caps are a universal fit... get the expensive ones.. J's Racing, spoon, ralliart etc etc... usually made from metal one...but u sure its coming from there ah? abit of an odd problem man... if not sure it will fit... ask the shops.. ..if they say can fit... ask if cannot fit can return or not.. if cannot...just walk away. or ask to test pasang on the spot... if fits...pay n walk away |

QUOTE(singchaii @ Feb 22 2011, 05:42 PM) Yes. But the funniest this is, proton claimed that cps had better top speed than campro. I've already give up on getting a higher top speed since its impossible because of our gear box fd. Actually, I'm planning on retiring from modding. Kaka.. The kelisa dun wan play with you only. |

QUOTE(TripleJ104 @ Feb 23 2011, 07:55 ) Why bro? Getting tired of getting summons. Now focusing on comfort (soundproof/ice)Nak upgrade lain ke bang? Dibs your exhaust system.. Anyway hows is your car? Done repairing? Added on February 23, 2011, 8:07 am » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Yaa..for me cps engine can accelerate faster than normal campro. Like statement above.. It about how fast your car reach top speed. QUOTE(singchaii @ Feb 23 2011, 08:58 AM) Yeah.. Stop wasting money on modding. Haha. Safe the mod money and invest on other car. Modding is kinda like an addiction, hard to stop completely. Yes.. Higher Hp mean better velocity. Which mean how fast it can achieve the certain speed. Added on February 23, 2011, 5:16 pmMy car done all the knocking/part replacement already. Noe waiting for painting. This post has been edited by sphiroth: Feb 23 2011, 05:16 PM |

QUOTE(mrl @ Feb 26 2011, 07:35 PM) i also heard that every CPS no matter MT or AT have the autocruise module installed... the only thing missing is the stick to activate it... how far is this from truth, I dont know... Actually, its quite easy to DIY a simple autocruise controller for Campro/CPS and other DBW car. We just need a controller to remember the sensor voltage (in accordance to throttle position) and hold the value when 'set' by driver, thus no need to pressed the pedal. For safety, this system will auto disengaed when brake is applied (tap signal from brake). The only problem is that this system cannot keep a constant speed when going up/down hill since what it does is only a constant throttle position. I guess we should set a date... looking at my budget now, I dont think I will make it if it's on march... I'm suggesting early April... or else, May or June... but hopefully after April... coz I had to spend a lot on April for road tax... |

No need high performance tyres. Nowadays drive very 'gentle' already compared to last time.
Yoko A.Drive R1 is good (IMO) for its price. Today going for window shopping for tyres. |
