Just a normal windscreen silicone. Press it into those hole between welding point.

Er.. Depend what you wan to do. Gen 2 chasis is from waja as well. Persona, Gen 2 and waja is sharing the same chasis frame actually.

Manual or Auto?

If manual, around 2.5L only.. Once you see the gear oil coming out from hole, mean it full.. Too much will cause gearbox overheat. My car only using 2L + 250ml gear additives.

For auto, around 4.2L. Do i need to guide out the correct procedure to check auto oil?

i think proton SC gear oil (they told me NAZA brand) not effective coz before, i use shell my GB feel smoother than after change SC provided gear oil doh.gif

Bardahl gear additives which look like a tooth paste. No complain for this brand. Feel smooher.. I'm using Hyrax manual oil...

I see..past 5 year owning a car i didnt know to much oil in gb will cause overheat.

Usually when i send servicing GB mechanic will pump oil untill full. Then he quickly place nut & tighten it.

Gear oil too much will cause overheating. Can't breath easy to say. hahaha...

Use back proton packing auto gear oil which sell in 1litre. that is the correct spec for invecs II gearbox using in waja,gen 2, persona or saga blm. icon_rolleyes.gif

Engine oil? I using 5/40 fully sync. Hyrax brand. Gear oil is Hyrax GL 5.

It because of the wheel balancing cause the steering shaking. If the steering shaking at low speed at 60kmh or 80kmh, then you need check your wheel. Some tyre will cause steering shaking too. So I suggest you go do on wheel balancing. Everything below RM100 can settle for alignment and balancing.

Why you wanna change the absorber? Absorber lifetime can up to 5 year if it not leaking.

PE's tail lamp you mean the persona elegance tail lamp? If yes, the light is totally rubbish. once the brake led burn, you need change the whole light assembly which proton don't have the part for changing the led. The led is so easy to burn. Many customers started complaining this issue. Per side the lamp cost Rm505.23.

I'm using GL4 gear oil (manual). For manual gear oil it only have 2 grade. 1 is GL 4 and another is GL 5. GL 4 is thicker while GL 5 is synthetic and it thinner. GL5 give more smooth gear changing but it cause noise of gear because of thinner oil.
