There is no direct correlation between taking protein pre-bedtime to gaining/losing weight. Gaining/losing weight is all about how many calories you eat versus how many calories you burn off. Taking protein pre-bed is all about ensuring your body has available protein to avoid going into a catabolic state when you're sleeping. The topic here is 'Is it good to drink milk before bedtime'. |
