yes it's good if you want to slim down, better take protein only before sleep. Like casein or chicken breast biggrin.gif

If you want to increase mass, no problem drinking milk before sleep

I'm confuse with this too rclxub.gif
Anyway, what about taking fresh milk (choc flavour) like Dutch lady, hi-lo, etc. before sleep?

Currently trying to lose some weight. Not sure whether it will affect it, and at the same time I have problem sleeping

There is no direct correlation between taking protein pre-bedtime to gaining/losing weight. Gaining/losing weight is all about how many calories you eat versus how many calories you burn off. Taking protein pre-bed is all about ensuring your body has available protein to avoid going into a catabolic state when you're sleeping. The topic here is 'Is it good to drink milk before bedtime'.
