hm...tried plug usb to pc and have a drive scan for error and let it automatically fix error, I checked around , seems like your file partition got error caused by enhance kernel.

before reflash your phone, perhaps try an upgrade to your enhance kernel

add note : i recall previous discussion here, install certain version of enhance kernel will overwrite the camera driver which actually cause the camera stop working, then fcam released an alternate driver for enhance kernel, you might search that one out or upgrade to newer enhance kernel version see can overwrite the driver again to fix it
