QUOTE(kahjye @ Feb 10 2011, 05:55 PM) boss , can i ask if i own a ud3 , i top up abit to get a better board , is that possible? Hi, on our side, we will be only replacing the same model to our authorize dealer... However, as the case mentioned by you, it is depending on the dealer whether they allowed you to top up to get a better board... Hope this help...

Hello, Regarding to this matter, may I know the process flow to do this? Because this morning, when I call my motherboard retailer, they said to bring the motherboard to their shop and they will check. And then they will repair?? I little bit confused because they sounds like they didn't know about this matter. I hope you can help me and everyone who didn't know how how to do it. Edit... I use Gigabyte UD3 Motherboard. The swap is with the shop you purchased the motherboard that mean, Gigabyte will transfer the fixed board to dealer first and dealer will swap with end user on site same day? Or dealer need end user board first for them to request the fixed board and wait for few day?
