Hello,

Regarding to this matter, may I know the process flow to do this? Because this morning, when I call my motherboard retailer, they said to bring the motherboard to their shop and they will check. And then they will repair??
I little bit confused because they sounds like they didn't know about this matter. I hope you can help me and everyone who didn't know how how to do it.

Edit... I use Gigabyte UD3 Motherboard.
