yeah. well, smalling memang didnt move to block yuri, so thats what they said, they were siding us most of the time.

i thought that yuri's introduction was one of the main reasons for our win. didi also came in and made a physical impact, i can see that vidic was not very comfortable with letting smalling handle torres alone, so he didnt look very assured when he was marking didi.

i think our midfield worked very hard and we looked like last season's Chelsea for the last 20 minutes. good combo by bosingwa and ramires there. and also zhirkov provided the option further in the left.

i think malouda should definitely give way to yuri in the next game. he made one good run down the left but failed to pass/cross.

the call for foul in the box when torres scored earlier in the game was definitely rubbish though.

looks like our number 4 is a tough bad ass defender eh!
