Yeah bcos all my photos even wth 12mp only ~1.5mb to 2mb

with the camera mod that let u have 100% jpeg quality. I found that if the photo u trying to capture got too much details and colours then u will get the "unexpected error" from the camera. I think there is a maximum size for the camera to process it. Maybe ceiling at 12mb
