i'm 24. My wrist is 16cm (6.2inch). I want to increase my wrist size for 1 CM because normal average wrist for guy is 6.5 above. Exercise and eat more will work? How long will it take. Any tips ?..

Let say I consume calcium, protein, carbohydrate and do workout, will my wrist size increased?. I ask this because I never worked out before and I don't have any muscles on my hand. So I have one important question I'm looking for:
If I do workout and (take calcium, protein, carbohydrate) and after i get the body size I wanted. What happened if I stop workout for about 3 months or more? will my body become normal back how about the bone density?? Any expert here?

Your wrist comprises of tendons and ligaments, which grow very slowly. Eat more and start lifting weights. How long it takes depends on how well your body responds to training and nutrition.

Even with weight training, a significant increase in wrist size is almost impossible as it has been predetermined by genetics. From my scrawny days as an ecto, fast forward 30kg of muscle and none of my clothes from last time fit...except my watches. Yes, they are a little tight and my wrist has increased just a little bit. But it's still a little.

What about forearms ? Even friends who don't lift weight have somewhat larger forearms than mine
