Even with weight training, a significant increase in wrist size is almost impossible as it has been predetermined by genetics. From my scrawny days as an ecto, fast forward 30kg of muscle and none of my clothes from last time fit...except my watches. Yes, they are a little tight and my wrist has increased just a little bit. But it's still a little.
Increase wrist size, any tips?
