If the Ashley Young rumor was true, this would move Bebe further down the pecking order.

QUOTE(alien2003 @ Feb 13 2011, 12:01 AM) Michael Appleton? he is our former reserve player right? QUOTE(SGSuser @ Feb 13 2011, 01:33 AM) still confused why Rooney keeps on marking Lescott during City corners smalling was excellent last night. No one can get pass him when one on one. he's got a great height and physical ability. i'm really satisfied with his performance last night. hopefully he can keep that sort of performance for many years to come. Roo's goal kinda overshadowed Vidic and Smalling's performances...Smalling's anticipation was top notch, felt as if we didnt need Rio for a moment well personally Vida is my motm, I know that performance was expected from him but I just can't stop admiring him...countless headers to deal with citeh crosses, always willing to put his body on the line...best defender in the world QUOTE(legendofhafiz @ Feb 13 2011, 01:47 AM) I'm actually impress with Toure and Silva. City really closing the gap and play like top 4. They will reach a new height by bolstering a few defence : Both of them are City best players last night apart from Kompany and Hart. Silva was a constant threat while Toure marshalling the midfield very well. Anyway, I love this derby especially Smalling fill the gap perfectly QUOTE(boxsystem @ Feb 13 2011, 08:22 AM) Fergie : We had an interest in one player, and I thought we had a chance of bringing him in, but the other parties involved weren't ready and so we have put it away until the summer. Not Jordan Henderson geh? Okay, time to get your muppetry out people. QUOTE(boxsystem @ Feb 13 2011, 08:29 AM) no one wants to hug Fergie? QUOTE(funnyTONE @ Feb 13 2011, 09:19 AM) Entertaining match indeed. Was hoping for a draw, but Man Utd deserved the win. No doubt Rooney's goal going to be top 5 if not the best goal of the season. Watch out though, expect to see a much stronger side of Man City next season. yeah. i heard it as well. bring back the memory of the war between the Serb and Bosnia. Funny to hear the commentator when Edin Dzeko was scathed by Vidic; Serb injured Bosnian" QUOTE(nazanto @ Feb 13 2011, 12:45 PM) It always nice to won a derby match. and it felt much better when those abu's cant take it. its like u get a double party on your birthday. just awesome when so many people butthurt every time we won. u mean the certain Dutchman playing in blue black stripes team? heheon that fergie statement on unspecified player we failed to sign in January, even rumours said it was Ashley Young i still put my hope on that player who played in Serie A. QUOTE(boxsystem @ Feb 13 2011, 01:12 PM) Either that or SAF will start to rotate his wingers pulak. We are very much depleted at that post actually. Ji went for Asia Cup and lucky for us that Giggsy is fit and available. But he can't possibly play every game either. That's was why we came up with awkward formations, I guess. To rest Giggsy and to give chance to other squad players. With Park Ji sung back from international duty and Valencia on the verge of returning from his long lay-off, it will certainly give SAF plenty of players to choose at his disposal. This coming FA Cup game against Crawley definitely will be a chance for SAF to rest some of his players. i can see the likes of Michael Owen, Gibson, Rafael, Fabio, Obertan, Park Ji sung, Hernandez, Smalling and Evans (if he recovered in time) in the line up.And like I've said, both Ji and Giggsy are on the wrong side of 30s. Oh well, I guess SAF made a good call as well by not buying that player. We will have to see how Valencia performs when he is available. |

QUOTE Manchester United face losing Park Ji-sung for up to four weeks after he tweaked a hamstring in training yesterday. The 29-year-old South Korean has only just returned following his involvement in the Asia Cup. Park, who picked up his 100th cap against Japan, has since retired from international football to concentrate on his United career. Defender Jonny Evans has had a scan on an ankle injury and could be out for a month also. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...o=feeds-newsxml Uh oh This post has been edited by alien2003: Feb 13 2011, 06:36 PM |

Ji injured? Damn. In this case we will have ToniToni Valencia back before Jason Ji returns. Just when I thought we would have someone for Giggsy's backup.
Anyway, on FA Cup, not undermining Crawley Town, but I reckon that we would be using the fringe players. Obertan and Hernandez are definite starters, I guess? |

QUOTE Kimchi Rage @ Feb 13 2011, 01:55 PM) we dont need to send pulis over to their thread cause we all know (even they themselves know) that our team is genuinely better than them. they also knw that they get away with 1-0, 2-1,3-2 wins all the time because of dubious referee decisions and they know it but refuse to admit it. thats why it hurts them the most so they come over here to vent their frustration on the better team. EDIT: its good to know they care so much about our team cause they know we are THAT good. True true, the referee and linesmen are always on our side. Better to play without referees and linemen You gotta know, their team is genuinely better than us too. Nani and Rooney's goal were awesome, thumbs up This post has been edited by nshady: Feb 13 2011, 09:18 PM |

Just when I thought we would have someone for Giggsy's backup. Maybe Berbatov will start too as he didn't play full 90 minutes against City.
