Altenzo Sport Comforter 225/40/18, RM320/pcs, they are affordable & decent tires for normal road and highway use, so far no complaints from me. if you get those that really stick to the road type like k00lric then expect FC to go up, and one tire of his Dunlop 225/40/18 cost RM700+

Ask him what is the delay about? If JPJ, you drag him to go with you to settle the road tax and etc. I believe all is left with your car is JPJ only. Unless you have not settled the 10% downpayment with Proton or you need to trade in your old car?

Go for 18!! k00lric did 17" Breyton and he regrets it, now he is on 18" too...

dont repeat his mistake.

tires you can always try my brand (SS Pro Auto give us guarantee that if you dont like the tires, you can always bring back and exchange for something more "branded" by just topping up the difference, you need to speak to them about this also), 17" is slightly cheaper depending on brand and models, but then personally if you are spending such amount of cash already, just top up a little and enjoy the better upgrade.

I think he regret because of the cost difference is not alot from 17" to 18" and 18" look sportier.

17" you still can enjoy the comfort but looks just like our stock tires, not nice.

If you want comfort, stay with stock rims and tires, they are the best.

trade in value depends on your car mileage, mine was already 1900+KM when I traded in & I still get RM1000 in trade in value, if yours is less than 1000KM I think you should get even higher, no harm going to the shop and get the trade in value quotation, I am just sharing what I experienced so hope others will have a smoother and better experience when changing rims, aka spreading poison!!!

1.5K......where got trade in high price like that. Ask the shop 1st before u budget. Dont think about km u use it. Think about the shop can sale back or not ur tyre & rim.
