After running 2EQ on my Onkyo 607, can I manually change the distance as I do for the cross-over?
If I change the distance manually, especially for the sub, will it change the phase too?
2EQ has no sub eq but does it measure the phase for the sub and set the distance accordingly to compensate?
Thus, the distance set for the sub takes phase into consideration and should not be changed?

I'm not familiar with 2EQ but if it is like other variants of Audyssey then yes you can manually change the distance. I've done this before on my XT32.

Changing the distance will change the phase too.

Don't know if 2EQ measures the sub's phase or not. You might want to ask on the Audyssey thread in AVS or go to Audyssey's forum.

Changing distance indirectly changes the phase too.

U can change and see how the integration of the sub/mains changes and select which looks best in the graph or sounds best to u.

I have tried with the REW and find the best I could do was to set the cross-over for both mains and sub at 100 hz, phase at the sub at 0.
There is still a dip in the 80-100 Hz region, and changing the phase on the sub only shifts the dip to the left or right of the freq spectrum.

The 2EQ sets my sub at 3.9 meters away when it is only 2.7 m away.
Can I set it to the actual distance first, then use REW to find the best X'over and phase for the sub, the run 2EQ.
If 2EQ then sets another distance for the sub, do I leave this alone or reset it to the actual distance?

I am just wondering will this Rythmik F15 able to keep pace with the fast sounding of Naim kits.

There are reports that most subs are breathing hard down the neck when paired together.

Here's an excerpt form Audyssey :

Do not adjust the distance to the correct distance.

1. Inaccurate subwoofer distance settings are the result of measured delays between the time when the receiver outputs the test tone and it is received at the microphone.

a. Any filters and/or active circuitry in subwoofers can delay this signal.
b. Audyssey simply measures the time delay and compensates for differences in the arrival time of sound from the various speakers and the subwoofer. It is best to compensate for these differences regardless of why they occur.
2. The subwoofer / satellite speaker time alignment blend is based on this measurement.
