After running 2EQ on my Onkyo 607, can I manually change the distance as I do for the cross-over? If I change the distance manually, especially for the sub, will it change the phase too? 2EQ has no sub eq but does it measure the phase for the sub and set the distance accordingly to compensate? Thus, the distance set for the sub takes phase into consideration and should not be changed? Thanks for any input or suggestion.

I have tried with the REW and find the best I could do was to set the cross-over for both mains and sub at 100 hz, phase at the sub at 0. There is still a dip in the 80-100 Hz region, and changing the phase on the sub only shifts the dip to the left or right of the freq spectrum.
The 2EQ sets my sub at 3.9 meters away when it is only 2.7 m away. Can I set it to the actual distance first, then use REW to find the best X'over and phase for the sub, the run 2EQ. If 2EQ then sets another distance for the sub, do I leave this alone or reset it to the actual distance?
