Hi Guys,

I know this topic is a lil old. But I got to share some of my crazy findings.

During the weekend, I pulled out my STB which I have not touch before since UniFi is being installed (for almost a year).
I wanted to find out what is in store for the HyppTV, So out of itchiness and curiosity I read your posts and found some idea to play around with the STB.

This is my current home setup



HyppTV worked! *But on conditions

1. Let HyppTV run before plugging in the Internet connection LAN cable from PfSense to the Switch.
2. Keep HyppTV on at all times, to retain the IP address given by the DIR-615 VLAN 600 (IP is 10.x.x.x).
3. Both Internet and HyppTV can work along side, even without any additional Managed VLAN switch in the room.

Forgot to mention that the DIR-615 from TM is configured to run on VLAN Bridge as thought by Rizvanrp, sourced from KLseet.com (THANK YOU!!!)

My next idea of upgrade would be to get another Managed VLAN Switch for my room, so I can separate the VLAN 600 out from the switch, so I do not have to unplug the LAN cable from PfSense before turning on HyppTV STB.
