QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Oct 2 2011, 01:38 PM) Only 381 range is brought into m'sia market I think Any cube C30 user here? How well can that little thing drive cans? What's the maximum impedance it can drive? 600ohm? Quite interested on that I bought one chiplak MP3 for use on flight but that chiplak MP3... Not nicely insulated/isolate/whatever... It can't be used on plane due to interference at that altitude... All songs just can't play. Maybe looking forward to get C30 then can get some big ohmmmmm cans to listen xD Someone please enlighten me The 381F is good but the highs on some songs gets a little distortion noise..Looking to upgrade This post has been edited by nick67: Oct 2 2011, 01:58 PM |

QUOTE(nordingh @ Oct 2 2011, 03:15 PM) Offcourse every DAP got AMP inside.. if no AMP how you gonna get the sound from the DAP. Hmm, hoping someone who has can let us know..or not must buy external amp more $$$ gone C30 use MAX9722 Opamp - 130mW per Channel into 32Ω enough for 32Ω but if use with higher Ω, the output will smaller that's why need to have external amp. Some DJ series headphone have up 1500mW input, with 130mW output from C30, consider really low. Need amp too here. I can put volume to the max at C30 (volume 31) if I use with Philips headphone without any amp. Even if I use C30 (full volume) + Fiio E11 (EQ 2, HIGH gain, full volume), my Philips headphone still can handle it very well. Never try with any Superlux variant. |

I found this on the internet..
http://www.headjam.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=380 What are your opinions on what they are saying? Can't say for myself because I don't own any Superlux cans now. |

Which would you recommend for someone who likes neutral sound with some bass? Not really a bass head but would like bass where it is needed Looking between 668b, 661 or 669..Can't seem to find reviews on 330 tho.. |

QUOTE(TeOtq @ Oct 9 2011, 11:19 PM) just test 668b today, the detail is there, very detail. but sound harsh for vocal listening.i feel that the mid is totally missing, feel like something wrong..the sound run everywhere which unable to get correct position of the vocal. Where you bought under rm100? BUT for the price under rm100,this headphone is bang for buck~ *just my point of view, cause i too used to Er4P sound.... |

If you have only 1 choice to own 1 superlux can, which would be the best bet?

QUOTE(Agnaem @ Nov 12 2011, 06:51 PM) I've the 668B which is supposedly either slightly better or worse than 661, which is why 661 is not in my list. but if Im not wrong the hinge for 661 is made from plastic so it can't be stretched to make it wider Anyway, about the comfort, I guess it'll be like 668B. Not comfortable at first, but gets better as you stretch it. |

QUOTE(fcuk90 @ Dec 1 2011, 01:48 AM) currently i m no hippo groove , i m not sure whether the 381 will give me an upgrade or or not .hmm , I prefer my 381f over groove. The groove just feels like it lacks something..and the bass it a little more compared to the 381f, perhaps a little more than I liked.. |

QUOTE(fcuk90 @ Dec 1 2011, 03:43 PM) thanks for the comment , will think about it , or get soundmagic iem Yes it's actually very good for its price. I used my 381f for quite some time already Soundmagic also not bad..I rate it like this E30 > HD381F > Groove But of course E30 is more than double the price of HD381F (if I remember correctly). Either way, I don't think you will be disappointed with 381. |
