sometimes, using the cleaning mode is not enough. Some stubborn dust wont fall out. When use blower method, make sure the lens mount is facing the floor, so that gravity will help u remove the dust while you use blower. Ever becareful not to touch your blower on any internal parts. In fact, dont hv to let the tip of blower to exceed inside the lens mount hole.

kuro0314, both lenses optimum usages are meant for outdoors, under bright sun... i've tried the 70-400, its quite light IMHO, just that the diameter is a bit larger than the 70-300, so gripping on the 70-300 is more ergonomic.

QUOTE(kuro0314 @ Feb 14 2011, 11:00 AM) although i may not use up to 400 all the time but sometimes more is better than less??? will anyone regret after buying 70400 and jump to 70 300? kind of love the silver look of 70400 XDD but still back to the problem do i need that heavy thingy go travel around?== what are your requirements for a lens? super sharp? travel friendly? longest range u can get?i'd rate these from top to bottom for a tele travel lens.. 55-200 tele kit lens 70300G tele lens 70400G tele lens 70200G f/2.8 tele lens This post has been edited by lwliam: Feb 14 2011, 11:10 AM |

QUOTE(arc1414 @ Feb 14 2011, 11:09 AM) Okies.. normally those of us with a budget will look for one in Alphanatics.com 1st... else, if you're looking for new lenses, u can either go shop around in BB Plaza (the one next to Low Yat - not lowyat.net) or straight go find Uncle Chin aka Zaloon in Pudu PlazaThanks again for the recommendation.. Might my pocket going big hole.. Btw where should i head to buy? i noe some shop might not carry so exp lens or if they carry do sell very exp.. where i can get it reasonable price? Im from KL Added on February 14, 2011, 11:14 am QUOTE(kuro0314 @ Feb 14 2011, 11:12 AM) super sharp as prioriity second will be the longest range~ travel friendly never thought of it untill last night... in that case, go for the 70300G.. 'quite' affordablefor 70400 the biggest problem is i cant hold still when it go to 400mm even i try to hold my breath, from the OVF it looks shaky after the shoot. QUOTE(kuro0314 @ Feb 14 2011, 11:38 AM) 55200 is my current tele, i only use it during travel.. other wise i seldom take out and most of the time use 1855~ and WHY u opt to go for 70300, or 70400? if you REALLY wish up upgrade your lenses, why not upgrade your kitlens instead? Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 perhaps?i do shoot animals but not in their natural habitat... so traveling as prioty go for 70300? Added on February 14, 2011, 11:49 am QUOTE(kuro0314 @ Feb 14 2011, 11:38 AM) hahaha never thought of it XD but with that obvious lens ppl will noe im stalking them la XD This post has been edited by lwliam: Feb 14 2011, 11:49 AM |
