If you wish to buy eneloop this is the correct model for the TAB ; you need minimum 1000mA for the TAB

http://www.lelong.com.my/sanyo-eneloop-mob...2-01-Sale-P.htm

I have consider buying this too but opt out for the Yoobao as is much cheaper
BTW I am not a tech expert ; I only love to play with gadgets and I do quite some research before purchasing it and its supporting accessories

You have many options ; look out at garage sales :

Benny

Looks like the Yoobao YB-602 is a must have gadget for all the TAB user.

After it gets the TAB to be fully charged, can we charge another handphone, let say Nokia N8? How long did the seller took to get the item delivered to you as they have stated 7-10 days delivery lead time

Download it from market . What do you mean " can't get it to install .."?

Received item on the 10th day. This can be used to charge any handphone as its max output is 1000mA . Most smartphones requires 500mA only ; the bigger ones eg Dell Streak needs 1000mA

Thanks, will it be sufficient to charge TAB and N8 after charging the power bank?

Never tried but I'd think it will really be slow on the TAB . The unit max output is 1000mA which is minimum for the TAB. It can cahrge 2 devices same time - definitely OK if both needs max 500mA

Added on March 20, 2011, 11:00 amThose on Overcome roms, note that ver 1.3.0 with kernel 2.02 released on 17 March has fixed the MD5 error - you can now do a successful nandroid backup
If you have updated to ver 1.3.0 and unsure about kernel : check settings/about - it should read # 96. If it is # 97 or 95 - your kernel is not the latest release
*
Thanks

I have also updated to v1.3.0, when I went into recovery, select update from Zip, it cant file from SD Card. But the file is on the memory card. The I tried to copy the file onto the internal memory, then only it finds the update, is it normal for the updated ROM?

Hi, am new to this forum and find it very informative.

Have a question here that need the sifu here to help. I have installed Papago X5 and Sparepart in my Tab, it works beautifully, however, some of the games seemed could not function properly, such as Fruit Slice.

When click on the Compatibility Mode in the Spare Part, the Fruit Slice can be played (but not full screen) but Papago cannot work. And Raging Thunder II (racing game) also changed to smaller screen.

Your help is appreciated.
*
Have you tried renaming all 480X854 folders in papago to 600x1024.

For those who would want a change in UI - try Spb Shell 3d v 1.01 - the app costs US$14.95 which is much cheaper than the Windows version which costs US$29.95

You get a rotating carousel - you can change the panes of the carousel and allocate the apps and widgets you need ; very customizable
The specs said is not for tablets but works well on the TAB

Wow, this looks cool and I would consider this as a good replacement for my 1 year olld launcherpro. Benny, did you notice any lagness or slowness using this launcher on OC 1.4.2?

Yup, I know.. But it can't make a gap (no icon or space) like stock/other UI did.

Benny, may I have your say on this as I'm seriously considering to purchase it.

Actually i dont understand basicCX comments
Overall i find it is slight laggy vs zeam, adw or launcher pro,  maybe is not so suitable for the bigger screen. It performs superb on my incredible s.
*
Thanks Benny. Among zeam, adw or launcher pro which has performed the best on TAB in terms of lagginess

Just to share that someone wrote a review on all three over here.  I think there are pro and cons for all three.  I guess it will be more fun to try it out yourself.  After all, these three applications are free.  So no harm trying it and fall in love with the one that suites you most.  For me that's one of the fun part of owning a SGT; trying out stuffs from the market.

May I know what would be the criteria to be considered to purchase a bluetooth headset which is to be paired with TAB.

If possible, could someone name some of the compatible models.

FYI, i'm on OC 1.4.4

To update, transfer the zip onto your internal or external memory. press switch on/off button and select recovery. TAB will then restart, then select install zip from sd card, select the location of the update file and the zip file. biggrin.gif
