BAttery tips for custom rom

and tis from Overcome post

If you have Battery Life issues, try this first:
Turn the Tab off and charge to 100%
Unplug from charger and immediately boot into recovery by holding volume up & power button
Navigate to Advanced
In the Advanced menu, choose Wipe Battery Stats
Reboot Tab normally and Enjoy a freshly calibrated battery
NOTE - Having the tab off is important...I notice that even if I charge to full while tab is on, once I turn it off it continues charging for another 10 minutes or so before hitting 100%. I believe the sensor determining what is a full battery is different in the off position and will allow you to get the fullest charge.

Is there anyway to re-train Swype or to delete it's database and restart anew? Therre are some words that I typed wrongly but now it;s always there when I tried to type a certain word.

Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Filter All>Swype>Clear Data

well anyway, I noticed some jerkings when i played games. any voltage setting that i should try to eliminate the jerkings? i'm at 1000mhz max clock and bfq cpu setting. dont want to go 1.4ghz as it decreases the battery life further

they already announce 8.9 will be pricing around 499$ and 599$..n i think they downgrade d 10.1 camera and change d design to thinner (same like 8.9 thickness) to reduce d price

in other mind, i feel like getting blackberry playbook, since it can port android apps XP

just wanna share, after upgraded to Overcome v1.4.1, i realized that i dont have to set the APN for Celcom...automatically can connect to 3G/HSDPA...

It is now 1.4.2 , the only change from 1.4.1 is the revised kernel 2.1.2 which features:

Version 2.1.2
Fix battery temp issue
Fix charging issue
Version number in "About Phone" tab: #167

Can just flash kernel alone to update it if you wish
