Doubt can mount the lens directly. Cause the distance of rear element to sensor sure different since those EVIL systems always thinner.

Loving 85mm now biggrin.gif. Nice range to use for portraiture, also makes me exercise my legs compared to my 70200 LOL.

Not impossible, just tough. LOL. I would be screaming whenever I need to do f/4 on my D700 indoors.

Under exposed, try increasing about 2/3 or 1/3 EV then try again. Are you shooting with aperture at +0 EV with matrix metering?

Next time you try lor, else you have the photos with you right? Increase exposure manually see if it improves or not.

Both using the same engine and same Expeed system. Heck even the D90 has higher scores than D300 at DXO.
