not sure if youve gotten your answer yet, but NO they dont. but most of the 3rd party apps usually have a different backup system - so use those to backup and restore. [most of 'em will use the iTunes File Sharing method ]

Nope, turns out to be a scam app, and the description of the app already changed.
Just go to the link and see the review. I guess we won't be seeing flash on idevice anytime soon

I used it to watch live Flash video streaming of Arsenal vs Malaysia XI match, had no issues whatsoever.

Bro, next time used it first before recommending. RM9.99 for a useless app is a rip off.

They have fake reviews making the app 4.5 stars on appstore, so, I was excited to post it, however I didn't quite believe it, so I constantly check the internet for reviews from websites though I can't found any. I went into iTunes the next morning only saw alot of people getting ripoff by that app. I already edited my post a few times to warn people off.
I'm truely sorry and will be careful next time
