Most likely it has been sent out. My card was sent out the next day it appeared on my M2U. I was waiting but nothing came, they sent it to my hometown address again even I filled in my office address.
Anyway, it was sorted out and they requested Poslaju to reroute it to my office address.

The no. is 1800-88-9559 as written on my AmEx Plat. Anyway, before I got my card, I called to the general VS/Plat no. which I use for my M2Cards Plat and they still entertained me and sometimes helped me to forward to AmEx if they can't answer.

1800-88-1801.

Looks like I need to call the no. then.

Some M2P users received the email but still have to meet the salary requirement to get it.

You still need to call CS yourself and submit income documents like usual.
They won't call, based on my experience.

I tried to apply for this card earlier and somehow got rejected; I will try again next time. I thought I would fly more, but it seems it is lesser now...

Have you tried redeeming before? Other TP users have to redeem on within the first few hours of 1st of every month.

This is what I understood too.

It seems mixed feedback but it depends when was the last few months you did this? This only starts to implement in the recent months.

It is sufficient for many people, but it has a limit every month, and not many people can redeem it. Hence, people will start calling before 00:00 on 1st every month and it can be finished within the first few hours. Refer to point 6. It seems like a lot but that's not the case when everyone is also redeeming.

I think he was referring to the cap of 2M miles which equals to RM 14M spending.

That explains why you haven't experienced the OOS miles. It will finish on every month's 1st first few hours. Everyone will standby before 00:00.

Really cannot depend on MBB anymore. Need other banks too.

They won’t put any request for you, it can only be done 00:00 onward. The call will be busy before 00:00 anyway, you will be put on hold.
For website, last month there were instances were OTPs were not received for CelcomDigi. Yes, they still use OTP in this case.

Excluding e-wallet etc. Exclusion same as other Maybank cards.
