Have you paid the annual fee? My annual fee only came in the second or 3rd month. The points were credited after that. If unsure no harm calling.

To be frank I am disappointed by the concierge.
1. It's so hard to utilise the golfing privileges - it's always full
2. I the travel concierge to arrange some flights for me but they never got back to me

From mb2u web version, only my Shopee visa card appears in the dropdown menu. Meaning Amex not eligible?

Did ya'll earn any of the MR points from Jompay / FPX? I read through and combed through the TnCs for MR but didn't find any of the points indicating not eligible

apart from this phrase 'Payment for transactions' which is vague and remotely related

edit: also tried to search for jompay as keyterm with no meaningful results found i.e. merchants have been accepting jompay+amex and recent results

but regardless, i dug a little further that this is also Not Applicable for Charge Cards via FPX/Jompay, meaning that there is no MR points given for jompay
