Can Maybank Amex cash back card be used like a regular Visa/Mastercard credit card (e.g. 99 Speedmart, Shopee, Lazada, Petrol, Aeon etc), or is there limitations to its usage?

Yes, that's what I mean. For example, go 99 Speedmart buy things, will they accept Amex? Just simple basic everyday things.

My card gonna expire on this coming November month
But bank just sent me a new card

I no longer interested in using amex as it's not user friendly here

Do I need to cancel the new card or something?

I would like to confirm with you guys. I apply Maybank Islamic Ikhwan American Express Platinum Card-i credit card through a Maybanker yesterday. I want to collect the card in bank branch. He said he is not agent.

I have submitted all the documents required to him and he picture to me that my address and occupation is outdated not my rented address and is student status. He said will send a form using his personal email for me to sign the form to agree to change address.

He said I can get the card easily based on my salary. My application result will be known after 7-14 working days.

Can I know can we view our credit card application status in M2U? Is he dragging my application till next month?
