There's a contradicting clause in the 15% Qualifying Transactions
QUOTE
1.10.1 Qualified Transaction includes transactions from departmental stores located at the Participating Shopping Malls for example Isetan, Tangs, Metrojaya, Parkson, Robinson, Tesco and Jusco Departmental Stores as well as merchants that sign-up before 15 Nov 2012.

The Qualified Retail Transaction does not include transactions from:
1.10.2 Supermarkets/Hypermarkets which are located in the 21 Participating Shopping Malls including but not limited to Cold Storage, Jusco Supermarket, Carrefour, Giant, Mercato De Market Place, Village Grocer, Isetan Supermarket, Jason Food Hall & Urban Fresh Market Place.

Aren't Tesco = Hypermarket ?

The RM3 million is for 1 Dec 2012 to 31 Jan 2013... as a matter of fact, it's lower chances compared to the the promo in 2010

Previously the shopping malls were all in Klang Valley... no extended to other malls in other states.

Managed to charge approx RM300+ to AMEX for today... hope can get 15% Cash-back (if I'm lucky).

Not intending to maximise on the first day (1-Dec) at all. Just spend as per normal weekend.

The MCC for Voucher purchase would be under AEON Dept Store as the cashier counter is not under the Supermarket area....
