Hey guys, I just changed to a 1800 mah mugen power battery yesterday. My battery life can said to be significantly increased. Dragged from roughly 8 hours of data hsdpa connected, now is roughly around 12 - 15 hours interrupted.

The mugen power battery is bought when I was using HTC touch pro 2. There is a guide in teaching how to mod the battery to use it for our desire z. Just use nail clipper clip off the side a little bit. The guide said to tear off the label because of thickness, but my mugen can fit just nice without taking off the label.

It's such a bloody wonder that this thread never got beyond V1. Such a wonderful phone and good camera features that no one even thought of using. Hmmm....

mine doesnt blur ar..maybe i've quite stable hands..though u could try and see without flash whether it blurs or not whn ur hands are secure

normal use include accessing the internet and playing game right?
and what application the dz use for gps?does it contain map in malaysia?or need to be installed separately?

There aren't device specific wallpapers. Just find one with the right size will do. Google "android wallpapers".

Technically all the Android powered devices capable of running of Android Gingerbread will be able to run Android 4.0 ICS but Practically all devices may not give an overall good user experience . So all the manufactures are reviewing ICS on their devices to check the user experience and will release the latest OS according to the results.

1. the stock rom is froyo, but you can easily update to gingerbread

2. so far no issue for me & friend who r using desire z.
can be fixed by using magnetic tape if u feel the hinge is not tight enough.

i've been waiting the price to drop since early this year. now it's only RM940+ ori set. worth every penny 

Update: Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in the form of Androdamus CM10 build. Everything kinda works except camera, where it opens but refuses to snap a photo. FPS definitely increased thanks to Project Butter, but a stutter here and there is imminent.



Glad work on this phone is still ongoing.

My g2 is still solid fine. Running jellybean and just a support device for my n7. It still a great phone.
