Well, they did cut out loads of content from FFXIII (apparently 20 hours of content) so an FFXIII-2 isn't really a surprise. I'm gonna wait for the reviews before buying this one instead of blindly buying like I did with FFXIII.

I'm liking FFvXIII though. It looks like a cross between FF+KH+MH. Hope it lives up to my expectations.

They could always do it like Advent Children, english VA but using the same Jap VA Video.

Come on....SE should come up with a new Kingdom Heart series for the PS3 console....I've been dying to play KH series ever since the last one on the PS2, which is the one with cards.

The trailers make me forgive SE.. And will hace faith in them so definitely will try out FFXIII-2...Eventhough I have to admit FFXIII sucks.. Big time.. Especially when you had played their previous stories or othe better JRPG. And the story does not attract me since the first time it debut. I played it becuase I just want to support SE and give it a try.

But, I would still hope that there are some side quest. To be honest, FF games and KH have no side quest what so ever. They normally just follow the main story line but was saved by their very epic story. Mini games, yes... But, mostly, They talk only about the character's development, abit about others and nothing on the netizen's live and culture.. Which can be very very funny and interesting sometimes like Nier. Lol.. Sorry for bringing it up here...

Still I would play FF no matter what.. The characters are too saucy to ignore.. XD

A huge thanks to everyone who posted fast and accurate information here. You guys did a fantastic job. I initially started today as liek any other day,boring and nothing new to excite my world. Around the afternoon i stumbled on a piece of news on portal 2. Something regarding if you buy the ps3 version,you also get a pc version for free,since the game is cross platform.

That cheered me up a bit but my world turned upside down at dinner time when i heard about ff13-2. I then proceeded to sit my butt down and glue myself to this thread where i had multilple NERD-gasms at all the trailers posted. What a fantastic end to a boring start of a day. You guys are champs,keep it up

wow. ffv13 & ffxiii-2 sheer epicness right there. never expected a sequel to ff13 even though im one of the very few who enjoyed ff13.

hopefully SE will be back on track with its days as squaresoft.

though many don't like FF13 but still many have hopes for SE hoping they would make something more promising for them one day. Nopes it's not a flame/hate thread till now. Everybody has the right to voice out what's wrong and what's right. If the thread turns to be "let's Worship SE" thread , it would be pointless.

I guess SE has learned from their mistakes in FFXIII since they received a lot of feedbacks from various critics and fans.I bet they will improve on the sequel...well hope so *Finger crossed* but damn FFVXIII Trailer is just too much

next winter for FFXIII-2 most probably mean next year 2012 feb... because now is still consider winter in all 4 season countries... and SE is not that stupid to let things cool down for one year.. after FFXIII-2 we will be welcoming versus.... yay..

Dont keep your hopes up. Whether the season arrives late or early,the season's time will not change officially. In japan winter is the last quarter of the year. So im thinking its release date falls on oct - dec of 2012. slowly wait.
