Hey, did you hear? In the West, FFXIII is coming to the PS3 and the Xbox 360. The PS3 has Blu-ray. The Xbox 360 does not.

So when it comes to things like adding extra voice tracks, that might be difficult for the Xbox 360 version. According to Final Fantasy XIII producer Yoshinori Kitase, "Obviously, when we talk about XIII it's for PS3 and Xbox – with PS3 being on Blu ray there would be enough memory, but on Xbox probably not. At the moment we're thinking of releasing the voice in English only. Are there many people who would like to play with Japanese voices?"

Knowing fairly well we have been asking for an alternate voiceover SE said no no no no no. But it had to be in another BD re-release.

I dont mean to make you angry :0 , but putting 2 Voice languages files of FF13 in 1 single Bluray seems not very possible, do you know why?


Because we have all forgot about 1 very important aspect , the LIPS SYNC !

If they have to put 2 languages, they would need to make 2 x video for every single cutscene, and 2 CGI trailer for every cg movie in the game, I doubt they can fit everything in 1 blu ray.

They did not announce any date yet.

But there is always speculation ,
Judging from the demo they shown just now , the battle system already have a base model. Even the cutscenes and character designs , whats remaining are the lips sync, voice over, content extension , story adjustment..


Japanese Release might see it within 2011-2012 and Oversea would have to wait until 2012 +

2012 release for Versus,date not sure only

i think many fans have been quite dissapointed over square enix direction. It had somehow got from worse to worst. They're just tryin to milk money from all sorts of possible platform to generate large funds. They had got so money minded that they didn't notice that most of their recent games had really turn into nothing but horrible games. FF12,FF13 and FF14 had been quite terrible in sales rate too even to the natives japan folks.

I've nv liked Westernize Asian games. I noticed , the japanese culture and styles had been diminishin from their works. Everytime i switch on my ps3... i cant even play long enough for the game. Funny enough i could go long hrs on FF7,FF8,FF9 and 10*of course 11 too because it's online*. Tills these days i'm still goin long hrs on these even they do produce pixelated graphics. But not for the fanciful CGI like ff12,ff13. Of course i cant expect much graphics from ff14 lol.... rats,birds and plants.

that's gonna take like.. a year or more..

I realized ppl who have played ff7-8-9 before,if they play ff13 they will say it's not a good ff title.

If never play ff7-8-9 before they will say ff13 is a great game lolz

Well personally i don't mind at all since a true fans never complain,just my 2 cent Don't tell me you are not impressed with ffv13 trailer ?

Urrgghh please i need to sleep later lolz too much epicness

i was impressed by FF13's trailer. I bought the game at RM350+ if i still remember. When i played the game , i only play 1hrs and nv play anymore.
Well i could say hopefully the game gonna turn out to be promising rather then just the trailer alone looks promising.

1 more year to go, hope I can master my japanese to play it
