Nope, never seen a GPU upgrade before for the G-series.. It's fixed, unlike Sager.
But I suppose it's for a good cause.
Anyway, the G74SX & G53SX are already on sites for pre-order, wee!!
*excited*

The G53SX in Malaysia is RM4999.
Most of all, it is the 3D version!! That's very affordable but with the disadvantage that it uses a HD screen. =/

QUOTE(jimmykvt @ Jun 1 2011, 11:37 AM) Yes, possible to upgrade depending on the power your AC Adapter can supply. Note: This only works for Asus G series, don't think this can be applied to Asus A/K/N/U series. GTX 460M/485M/560M and AMD HD 5850M/5870M/6970M are MXM cards. The only problem for Asus is that you need to disassemble the whole laptop to take out the graphics card and replace with new one. But for Sager, it is much easier because just take out a few screws then you can see the CPU, GPU, Fans, RAM, Harddisk, so it's easier. You're right, sorry about my statement just now. +1 =D Added on June 1, 2011, 3:13 pmQUOTE(yan5619 @ Jun 1 2011, 11:49 AM) Wow that's great! Where you found the price list? http://my.asus.com/Static_WebPage/Product_Guide/This post has been edited by lonelywolf90: Jun 1 2011, 03:13 PM
