d laptop has 4 slots of ram.. i have filled 3 slots.. still 1 slot available. According to CPU-ID it is stated there are 4 slots. I have wrote in my post that i have 12 gb inside d laptop and i am including a 4 gb module also seprate. buyer upgrade theirself for the last slot. and the model of the hard drive is as follows

The g53sx - ix113v are the model that retail price with rm 4999, which spec are more higher than g53sw :-)

Definitely, the only cons is the goddamned shipping time and Asus's f***ed up service.

sad ..today my seller told me that asus kl sent out a G53sx to him..but without any pricing giving to him..the model is 113 behind..if i not mistaken.. does any one know abt that model? same spec with the latest G53SX 3d version, but with one 640gb hdd only..

cos no exact pricing, and the invoice stated pay the different of the price..  then how much should i pay? i flip through the latest asus booklet..the spec is same like the G53SX 3d version..but the HDD only got one 640 gb..  of cos i wont accept to pay the same pricing with this latest model stated in the booklet.. and i feel so 'behsong' ..my seller told me maybe is Taiwan model..since they send out from taiwan to replace my damaged notebook..

i really speechless towards Asus service!!  1st, never told me how much i need to top up to let me decide and agree ..2nd..send out a model without any pricing, just stated there pay the GAP.. 3rd, that model cant be found in any asus booklet.. 4th, my seller keep asking Asus's who sent out the notbeook abt the pricing, he just say refer to the product list.. i guess he doesnt know too..

i told my seller i gonna make a report to consumer dept.. he said don complain him.. is Asus's problem.. i told him not to worry..i know he try his best to follow up.. my main target is Asus!!!  5months of waiting and claiming warranty!!! and now, this is the result..

this morning, while i on that notebook, i also saw the 3d enable and disable.. while i click on it, it got like setting using 3d spec, then after i click click, it appear a short cut for this 3d enable and disable..dono how to use also lol.. 

i know..but u know from the feeling 'so exciting and eager to own' wait till 'cool down', then till now no feeling.. i really  i still trust asus's quality.. but not their service anymore..  the money i call to complain to check to ask, the time i spent to wait, the period without notebook to use.. and luckily i got one old P4 desktop to use with one netbook.. if not, i need spent extra to get another notebook or desktop while waiting? that's really does not make sense at all..

Added on October 24, 2011, 3:10 pmasus just now call me, telling me if i take that model, i pay rm800 top up from my older notebook priced at rm3999 when i bought. but if i wan dual hdd 640gb that i have to wait next month.. is this price ok? rm200 to get another hdd and might be the hdd handle.. but i have to wait for one more month should i wait?

I already cancelled my order, and go for cheaper N55sf instead, I think so far I can play the latest demanding game with high setting at it's native reso , cooling is not bad, and sound is terrific for a laptop

ya, i do not agree for rm200.. is the caddy cost rm100+? if thats the price for caddy, i rather ask for latest model with dual hdd or more rebate to get single drive one caddy.. i think they really take me as noob and know nth ... and if i don't ask, most probably i just get it and pay for the gap.. at first, my seller said i have to top up rm1000+.. only i say out the different, and show the latest model, then reduce to rm800.. 

for the BPA web your showed last time, what action will they take normally? i found another web is national consumer centre .. is that one the same too?

i don't know..cos my seller advise put the laptop there and don take it until he knows how much i need to pay..
just now call his manager again..he said, don calculate so much, as long as got notebook to use.. older processor also nvm.. i asked him back, if he is the customer, and he order a product a month ago. when his order reach, another newer model come out with the same price and better spec, will he take? this type of words he also can give me

hmm..but my case is directly towards Asus service centre..  i am thinking to ask him further discount on the single hdd model.. i asked him how if u order the newer model for me, then another model coming up in ur booklet with newer processor? he cant really ans me..

yeah, i have file complaint to consumer right and national consumer centre both. may i know who will complain to the shop providing slow service? them or you have to complain yourself? but if the product have not reach, how can they sell? aren't the fault back to Asus?  they should not print out the product in their booklet if they cannot supply. This is misleading and giving false info 

hopefully my case can be solved. i am thinking to give up and ask for the credit voucher since they cannot give me the model i want. or even better the refund but i think this will be impossible. I cannot imagine after i get a replacement, then also need to face the warranty claim in future again... touch wood  i really lose confident with Asus which i used to support..

Can someone else confirm that there should be two fan readings - one for CPU and one for GPU?

What is your model number?

Can you also take a screenshot? I want to prove to the Service Centre that this isn't normal. They don't have a lot of experience in these RoG's the last time I went there, they thought no backlight on the keyboard is normal until I showed some photos from the web. So if you have screenshot showing there is supposed to be another fan reading, it can help me when I send this in.
