Disagree. It should be OCBC Titanium MC. Tesco-RHB and Giant-Citibank CCs only give 2% cash back at Tesco and Giant respectively, whereas OCBC Titanium MC gives 5% cash back at all hypermarkets and supermarkets.
Disagree. Amex's 15% cash back promotion is temporary and will be ending on 28/2.
Disagree. The cash back given is based on denomination of RM1. If you spend RM199, you will only get RM1 cash back.
Disagree. That is a temporary promotion and it can be withdrawn anytime.

ocbc also has 2 fax numbers. One is card centre, another is Customer Service Centre. lol.

As for Maybank, as long you use the number given by CS, won't go wrong anyway.

and this time, cashback is based on ur last 2 digits of approval code (previous is fixed rm10).

visa & mc is different in terms of their promotions. example at resort world singapore, using mc to purchase tickets can get cash voucher (sgd25), while using visa or cash wont get anything.
