I tried to take out damper today n it feels great!!! D string is more lively n I shank less. And for some reason I feel I can hit harder n ball kinda stay longer on d stringbed. Perhaps I will practice this till CTO n hope d string won't snap

Trainer balls are usually used for coaching. It is slightly bigger that normal balls, moves slower and have a lower bounce as well.
