Prae;

Very nice forehand, a loose arm, with trunk rotation and moving forward (walking footwork). Sure a buaya la this guy.  We send a tiger in french cap to deal with this buaya. So Pooh, are up to Prae challenge?

Wouldn't that make it slightly head heavy?
*
yeah, since bio 300 is head light, adding weight at that mentioned point will make it more balanced, which is like the 6.1 team tk played with previously.

head light or heavy is not a matter, as long as it suits the player:) i guess buy not because pro uses the racquet or the atp men only play with headlight racquet....buy because its comfortable to play with, help you play better or give you good feeling when striking the ball:) thats what count most...thats my two sen view:)

Good luck TK in your mod, not easy to make it perfect but its worth a try:)

video of me serving, constructive critism is much appreciated.

vobs: i'll play you if you don't mind winning 6-0 6-0 all the time
*
ok set, dont worry, im not batto or prae, so there will be no bagel, maybe tough fight 6-6 tie break.....smile.gif

btw your serve, when tossing, do extend your arm straight at the ball as though ure asking it to "talk to the hand" or as though ure reaching out to catch the ball, that will give you a more consistent toss. anyway batto will fix u up sunday:) batto can i come see u fix him up:) wanna learn from you:)

Any reconmended tension for multi? Mainly for crisp n playability
*
different ppl different level of crisp and playability bro.......i think u need to have trial and error tension test.......u can follow inv and start at 55lbs then crank it up or down depending on your own feel, only then u will know what is best for u.

get some cheap multi to test it, once u find a tension that suits u, only then use ur common multi at that tension and retest. this will save u some money, time and less confusion in adaptability as compared to those who wait till it snap only change other tension:) good luck.

Kinesiology Tape - reduces pain and for support of joint and muscles - RM80 for 24pcs 10" tapes (retail selling at 89.90) endorsed by top pros:)

It may not win any fashion awards, but eye-catching kinesiology tape continues to grow in popularity with pro tennis players. Invented in the 1970s by Japanese chiropractor Dr. Kenzo Kase, the tape has many benefits, including management of a variety of injuries afflicting players, including shoulder, knee and even back complaints.

Novak Djokovic wore very conspicuous kinesiology tape around his left knee during his title run at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships last week, saying it was a ‘precaution’ only. Anyone who witnessed Djokovic’s outstanding play and exceptional court coverage could see one of the key benefits of the tape: Unlike regular tape, it does not impede movement - good movement, that is.

“The tape is very helpful to players, assisting with posture, decreasing pain, and improving range of motion," says ATP physiotherapist Clay Sniteman.

Kinesiology tape is ideal to use to support a knee which may not be tracking properly, because you can apply it to allow movement in one direction, but not the other. Other forms of tape, typically wrapped tight for compression, are more rigid and overly restrict a player’s movement. On the ATP World Tour, good movement is fundamental to success. How important is movement? As tennis fans know, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Djokovic aren’t just three of the best shotmakers in the game; they are three of the best movers.

Kinesiology tape, which is tensioned and applied in a variety of patterns, is also well suited for shoulders. The tape can allow for movement in the direction the shoulder should move, but avoid improper movements that can cause or exacerbate injuries.

Applied firmly to clean, sweat-free and hair-free skin, the breathable and stretchable tape can stay in place for up to five days. It can also be used to treat swelling and for proprioception, to keep acute or chronic knee and shoulder problems in a pain-free range. The tape can be used on virtually all joints, although it is rarely applied to the hands and wrist, where players do not want to restrict motion.

The tape can be used to lift the skin, allowing fluid to drain. Following operations the tape can be used to decrease acute swelling and inflammation by improving circulation, and to reduce pain.

anywhere can get adidas tennis attire (shirt, shorts and socks) at cheap price? i find that retail shop sell very expensive.. i see that shirt got mention specifically for tennis at the tag. what about shorts and socks? got made specifically for tennis also?
*
normally branded tennis shorts are more thn rm100 per pc and same goes to tennis dri-fit shirt....if ure lucky u can find some below rm100 or sometimes below rm50 at a super discount rate

some shop do sell such discounted stuff namely al-ikhsan, subang summit adidas warehouse....But it's rare n u need to make several trips to find one ur size if they hv in stocks

If ure looking at unbranded stuff u can drop by pasar malam or jusco for some apparrels u may find suitable

do pm me and I shall recommend or source u some good deals thnx
